Are we observing the creation of a new bipolar order? In which direction is the rivalry between the USA and China going? Are we closer to a limited maritime war in the East Asia? What role may Europe (the EU) play in this conflict?
These issues were discussed by prof. Øystein Tunsjø (Professor at the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies), Jacek Bartosiak (CEO and founder of Strategy&Future), Ulrich Speck (senior visiting fellow at the German Marshall Fund Berlin Office) and Bartłomiej Radziejewski (director and founder of “Nowa Konfederacja” Thinkzine). The debate was moderated by Michał Baranowski – director of GMF’s Warsaw office.
The debate took place on the 10th of December 2019 at “Dreamers and Craftsmen. House of Social Innovations” in Warsaw.
